Club Mead
What exactly is included in the Club membership?
4 (four) times a year we will prepare a Club Member Gift Box. The Gift Box will contain 3 (three) wine bottles (750ml or 375ml depending on offering), our Quarterly Newsletter with ‘cellar notes; highlighting the presented meads, other mead related information and club specials.
Are there other benefits to joining?
YES, Club members receive 25% discount on mead purchases at our tasting room locations.
What is the total cost?
Annual subscription to Club Mead is $300 annually or $75.00 per quarter. Prices do not include Shipping & Handling.
How do I join?
You can join by calling us at 425.482.9030, or by purchasing a membership in our online store. The online store can only handle annual payments: if you want to pay quarterly, please call to provide us with your credit card information.
When will the packages ship?
Each quarter a selection of 3 meads (4×3=12 bottles annually) will be packaged in time for celebration of the subsequent lunar event as follows:
- March 20th – Vernal Equinox
- June 21st – Summer Solstice
- September 23rd – Autumnal Equinox
- December 22nd – Winter Solstice
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards! They are available in increments of $30, or $75 for one Club Mead shipment or $300 for a year-long Club Mead membership.
Does someone have to be present to receive the monthly shipment?
Yes. An adult signature is required to receive our shipments. It is always a good idea to ship to an address where someone can receive it, otherwise you will need to go pick up the shipment at the carrier’s local center. Business addresses are highly recommended and most cost effective. Our shipment is in a plain brown box that does not disclose the contents. This is a perishable item not insured by our carriers. In the event of very cold temperatures we might have to delay shipment.
Can you ship wines to my state? If not, why, and are there other clubs that will?
Currently we are unable to ship wines to the following states: AK, HI, MA, ME, NH, TX, UT. This list is subject to change without notice.
After Prohibition, alcohol laws became the responsibility of each individual state. This is why there are so many discrepancies between clubs. There are certain states that other clubs can ship to that we cannot, but we cannot speak for other clubs’ shipping policies.
If I order, can I have it shipped somewhere else?
Yes, as long as it is a state where we are allowed to ship our mead. See the previous question.
How do I cancel a membership?
Send us an email at mead@adytumcellars.com or call us at 1.425.482.9030 with your order number. ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE BY THE 7th OF THE MONTH if you want the cancellation to take place for that month. If you do not have your order number, just include the name and shipping address.
How do I change an address?
Send us an email mead@adytumcellars.com with the old address along with the new name and address as well as when the change should take place.
