Herein fermented from Sambucus nigra of N.O. Caprifoliacae family is presented before you for your enjoyment. Large deep purple, juicy Elder-berries; chilled by Autumns return are hand picked and crushed, alas a cloche of mountain honey; harvested fresh from the hive.

In Celtic lore it was said that if one sat under an elderberry tree on Midsummer’s Eve when its berries were ripe, it was possible to see the Fairy King pass by in a procession.
